Laddu peethi ho aur wo bhi lahore ki toh maza na aye ye kaise ho sakta tha.

 To make laddu pathi, channa dal or mash dal is soaked overnight.

Subha is daal ko kondi dande ki madad se apne haath se peesa jata hai. 

Then salt, pepper and a little bit zera are added to the mixture.

The mixture is poured into a pan filled with ghee or oil using a special spoon.

Until the color of the laddu peethy changes.

After frying, laddu peethi is put on a plate and served with a potato scattering sauce and salad from the top.👌 

Is trah se bohat he laziz aur khasta laddu peethi tyar ho jati hai, jisey aik baar khane kay baad ap khate he chale jate hain.😍
